Mauro Amiconi

​Specialized in civil, bankruptcy, and banking law, he is also an expert in radio-television law and new media.

In the broadcasting sector, he represents clients in civil, administrative, and criminal litigation, including before higher courts.

He is a consultant to finance companies, construction companies, and building cooperatives, dealing with contracts and ordinary and administrative litigation.

In the civil field, he has gained extensive experience in litigation relating to professional liability and civil liability in the context of banking contracts, as well as handling the recovery of ordinary and mortgage loans.

He has been the receiver of numerous bankruptcies declared by the Court of Rome and is an expert in the field of business crisis and insolvency, assisting his clients also in out-of-court agreements.

Appointed by the Ministry of Justice, he was president of the Examination Committee for the qualification for the legal profession for the year 2014-2015.
