​Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1(f) of the GDPR).
​Nature of Provision
​Mandatory. Failure to provide this information may preclude the exercise of the data controller's rights.

Retention of Personal Data
The data contained in transmitted résumés will be retained for 12 months from receipt. Other personal data will be retained until a deletion request is made by the user—such requests can be made at any time, as outlined in the section "Data Subject Rights"—and in any case, no longer than 36 months from collection.
Browsing data will not be stored for more than 7 days.
In the case of data processing for the exercise of legal rights, personal data will be retained for the entire duration of the legal dispute and until the expiration of the time limits for filing appeals.

Recipients of Personal Data
Personal data may be disclosed to the following parties:
- Those who may access data under provisions of law by the European Union or the Member State to which the Data Controller is subject;
