Marzia Amiconi

​An expert in electronic communications law, and in particular in radio-television law and media law, she assists national and international operators in all sectors of electronic communications, including voice telephony, the installation and supply of networks, satellite services, and the drafting of related commercial contracts.

She is a consultant to numerous broadcasting companies and publishing groups, guaranteeing assistance in the regulatory sector, in the production and distribution of content on all platforms, including streaming services, also on-demand, linear and non-linear TV, management of relationships with presenters and artists, web TV, web radio, and IPTV.

She represents clients in the sector before AGCOM - the Communications Regulatory Authority and the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy and in any civil and administrative jurisdiction.

Her area of expertise also extends to assisting "multimedia content production" companies and/or authors in protecting intellectual property.

She has been President since 2022 of the Consorzio CR DAB scarl - a national network operator in DAB+ digital technology that brings together over 150 Italian broadcasting companies.
